While there are additional expenses, the association only incurs extra charges for postage and mileage, exact costs, no mark up. There is a one-time setup fee for the transition and establishment of all systems and accounts, and there are no termination or cancellation fees with a 60-day notice. Other costs are charged as pass-through expenses, so the Association does not incur any loss.
